PURCHASING SIGNED PRINTS

When you see a "Buy Now" button, you can purchase that print securely with credit card using PayPal. Just click that button and you will be taken to Paypal's website to place your order. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use this option.

Are your prints framed?
Our 8x10 prints include an acid free ivory mat suitable for an 11x14 frame. In order to save on the expensive fees incurred by shipping, our 11x14 prints ship unmatted. We not ship any of the artwork framed. Instead, we suggest finding a frame shop in your area. However, if you feel you must have the piece framed before it can be send to you, please call the studio at 603 882-3227 to make the necessary arrangements and adjustments to your order total and shipping method.

PURCHASING ORIGINAL ART:

We will respond to your purchase request as soon as possible to discuss shipping and payment arrangements. Soon after details are arranged, you will receive an Email-Invoice through PayPal's secure site where you can pay instantly using any Major Credit Card.

SHIPPING - GICLEE PRINTS

S&H will be $7 for first print, $3 for each additional print.

Delivery generally within two weeks. If paying by check, we'll ship the piece once the check clears. We ship US Priority Mail. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Orders outside the United States take longer and fees are quoted upon order. All orders ship fully insured. In the unlikely event that the Giclee print is damaged in shipping, your purchase will be replaced free of charge within 14 days of confirmation by your local United States Post Office that the Giclee purchase and all packaging has been inspected. Always inspect your order for damage upon receipt. If damage is evident refuse delivery if possible.

SHIPPING - ORIGINAL ART

Shipping charges for original art vary per item and we customize the method of delivering your art purchase depending on the size, weight, and destination of your purchase. Art is shipped by most appropriate carrier. Shipments travel fully-insured and you are not liable for artwork until it is in your possession. In the unlikely event the art is damaged in shipping you must file a claim for reimbursement with delivery carrier. Always inspect your order for damage upon receipt. If damage is evident, refuse delivery if you're available to do so.

RETURNS

YOUR SATISFACTION IS GAURANTEED... If for any reason you are not pleased with your print purchase, you may return the art in undamaged, resalable condition for full refund, credit, or exchange within twelve days of receipt. Please call or email us to notify us prior to returning artwork. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but we wish to consult with you before you ship. Items returned in undamaged, resalable condition after 12 days receive credit toward a future purchase.
